Pasta All Arrabiata

Image
One of my favourite pasta dishes is all Arrabiata. Because it is so simple to cook and, its spiciness. Just don’t over put the chillies or you'll end up being annoyed. Because arrabiato where its name derived from means annoyed. After eating it with too many chillies you’re sure will look annoyed. In general, only the short type of pasta is acceptable. But you can prepare arrabiata with any type of pasta you want. And I love it with my homemade pasta. Ingredients: Olive oil 1/4 Kg of freshly made pasta 2 cloves of garlic (crash) 2 Red chillies slice into even pieces (or add more if you desired but I rather go with two) 1/2 kilo of fresh tomatoes peeled deseeded and cut into concasse (cut into small even sizes) Salt and pepper to taste 5 Grms of parmesan cheese   Procedure: Cooked the freshly made pasta in an oil boiling water with salt till aldente. Take out from the boiling water, put on a tray and pour some olive oil set aside on top of cold water. In

Pasta dough Ingredients: White flour 1 cup Flour ¼ cup of Semolina flour 1 whole egg 1 teaspoon of olive oil   Procedure: Sift first the white flour and semolina flour together on a pastry bowl or board. Then make a well in the center of the flour add the whole egg olive oil and add a small amount of water of cold water. Knead the mixture thoroughly until the dough turns smooth and elastic. Let dough rest for an hour at room temperature. After that roll dough with a rolling pin several times and cut into desired pieces. Or you can wrap your dough put it in your refrigerator so that you will have fresh pasta dough when you wanted to.   Points to remember: The purpose of kneading the dough thoroughly is to develop the gluten in the flour, which will make it elastic. Pasta dough is not salted because it will make the dough brittle.

Why don't we just made it for ourselves? If she would help me, we all can eat the burger she's craving to eat. And from there we start.
