Pasta All Arrabiata

One of my favourite pasta dishes is all Arrabiata. Because it is so simple to cook and, its spiciness. Just don’t over put the chillies or you'll end up being annoyed. Because arrabiato where its name derived from means annoyed. After eating it with too many chillies you’re sure will look annoyed. In general, only the short type of pasta is acceptable. But you can prepare arrabiata with any type of pasta you want. And I love it with my homemade pasta.

Ingredients:

Olive oil

1/4 Kg of freshly made pasta

2 cloves of garlic (crash)

2 Red chillies slice into even pieces (or add more if you desired but I rather go with two)

1/2 kilo of fresh tomatoes peeled deseeded and cut into concasse (cut into small even sizes)

Salt and pepper to taste

5 Grms of parmesan cheese

Procedure:

Cooked the freshly made pasta in an oil boiling water with salt till aldente.

Take out from the boiling water, put on a tray and pour some olive oil set aside on top of cold water.

In a saucepan heat olive oil.

When the oil is hot add garlic and red chillies till translucent then take out the garlic.

Add in the tomatoes, Steer while simmering.

When thickens season with salt and pepper.

Add in the cooked homemade pasta and toss till coated.

Serve into plate’s of four then add parmesan cheese in each plate.

You can also add julienne of basil if you want for additional colors.

Enjoy.
